Ezen int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek hi\u00e1nya k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl lehet\u0151v\u00e9 tette, hogy az adatb\u00e1zisokban t\u00e1rolt \u00fcgyf\u00e9ladatok hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rhet\u0151v\u00e9 v\u00e1ltak a t\u00e1mad\u00e1st v\u00e9grehajt\u00f3 etikus hacker \u00e1ltal is felt\u00e1rt s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9kenys\u00e9gen kereszt\u00fcl \u2013 \u00e1llap\u00edtotta meg az adatv\u00e9delmi hat\u00f3s\u00e1g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fel\u00fcl kell vizsg\u00e1lnia az \u00f6sszes adatb\u00e1zist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A hat\u00f3s\u00e1g arra k\u00f6telezte a DIGI-t, hogy vizsg\u00e1lja fel\u00fcl az \u00e1ltala kezelt valamennyi szem\u00e9lyes adatokat tartalmaz\u00f3 adatb\u00e1zist abb\u00f3l a szempontb\u00f3l, hogy azokban nem lenne indokolt titkos\u00edt\u00e1s alkalmaz\u00e1sa, majd ennek eredm\u00e9nyeir\u0151l t\u00e1j\u00e9koztassa a hat\u00f3s\u00e1got. A jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9sek miatt a hat\u00e1rozat joger\u0151ss\u00e9 v\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl kell befizetnie a DIGI-nek&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>100 milli\u00f3 forint \u00f6sszeg\u0171 adatv\u00e9delmi b\u00edrs\u00e1got<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2019. szeptember 23-\u00e1n der\u00fclt ki, hogy egy t\u00e1mad\u00f3 (aki szerencs\u00e9re csak egy etikus hacker volt) a www.digi.hu honlapon kereszt\u00fcl el\u00e9rhet\u0151 s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9kenys\u00e9get kihaszn\u00e1lva hozz\u00e1f\u00e9rt szem\u00e9lyes adatokhoz. Az adatok k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00fcl\u00f6nb\u00f6z\u0151 szem\u00e9lyes adatok (n\u00e9v, anyja neve, sz\u00fclet\u00e9si hely, id\u0151, lakc\u00edm, szem\u00e9lyi igazolv\u00e1nysz\u00e1m, email c\u00edm, telefonsz\u00e1m stb.) is megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 volt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A DIGI az etikus hacker k\u00f6zrem\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9vel szerzett tudom\u00e1st a s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9kenys\u00e9gr\u0151l. Az etikus hacker a s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9kenys\u00e9g bemutat\u00e1sa \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben lek\u00e9rt az adatb\u00e1zisb\u00f3l.
