Ennek alapj\u00e1n a hivatal \u00fagy becs\u00fclte, hogy t\u00f6bb sz\u00e1zezer \u00fcgyfelet \u00e9rintett a megfigyel\u00e9s, ami miatt 18 milli\u00f3 forintra b\u00fcntett\u00e9k a c\u00e9get. Az \u00edr\u00e1s az\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ormosnet.hu\/21AV-OMV-adatvedelmi-birsag-171209.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">OrmosNet cikk\u00e9re<\/a>\u00a0ir\u00e1ny\u00edtja a figyelmet, mely r\u00e9szleteiben elemzi a mostani \u00fcgy tanuls\u00e1gait.<\/p>\n<h2>J\u00f6v\u0151re m\u00e1r komolyan megfizetn\u00e9nek<\/h2>\n<p>A j\u00f6v\u0151 m\u00e1jusban hat\u00e1lyba l\u00e9p\u0151 eur\u00f3pai adatv\u00e9delmi rendelet (GDPR) szerint \u2013 az egyenes ar\u00e1nyos\u00edt\u00e1s szab\u00e1ly\u00e1t alkalmazva \u2013 ez az \u00fcgy ak\u00e1r 5 milli\u00e1rd forintj\u00e1ba is ker\u00fclhet majd egy OMV kaliber\u0171 v\u00e1llalatnak \u2013 \u00edrj\u00e1k.<\/p>\n<p>A GDPR egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt az eddigiekn\u00e9l j\u00f3val szigor\u00fabb adatv\u00e9delmi szab\u00e1lyokat \u00edr el\u0151, melyek jelent\u0151s r\u00e9sze \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg az alkalmazottak \u00e9s az \u00fcgyfelek technol\u00f3giai eszk\u00f6z\u00f6k seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel v\u00e9gzett megfigyel\u00e9s\u00e9vel.
